The key highlight of the Amendment Rules is the grant of an option to the Companies listed on the Innovators Growth Platforms pursuant to an Initial Public offer (IPO) – to trade under the regular category of the main board of the Stock Exchange after fulfillment of the terms & conditions and the Eligibility criteria specified by SEBI or the Stock Exchange.
