SEBI has decided to extend the time period for the disclosure of aggregate shareholding and voting rights as on March 31, 2020, under regulation 30 by the promoters and any person holding 25% or more voting rights and for the declaration under regulation 31(4) by the promoters regarding the encumbrance of their shares, up to June 01, 2020, instead of disclosing the same within seven working days from March 31, 2020.
