Relaxation from the applicability of SEBI Circular w.r.t non-compliance with the Minimum Public Shareholding (MPS) requirements

Stock Exchanges are advised not to take or withdraw (if already taken) any penal action as envisaged in the SEBI Circular dated October 10, 2017, against such entities who were required to comply with the said Circular between March 01, 2020, to August 31, 2020.
