RBI has notified the regulatory guidance on Ind AS applicable to NBFCs and ARCs for preparations of their financial results from FY 2019-20 onwards, which aimed at promoting high quality and consistent for as well as facilitate comparison and better supervision by following:
1. Governance Framework
2. Prudential Floor ECL (Expected Credit Loss) (template for disclosure in Notes to Financial Statements also prescribed)
3. Computation of Regulatory Capital and Regulatory Ratio
