The following modifications are made to the Settlement Scheme:
1. The Scheme shall now come into force from April 01, 2020, and shall remain in force till September 30, 2020 (earlier March 16, 2020, to June 13, 2020).
2. Returns which fall due till August 31, 2020, maybe filed during this scheme (earlier October 2019)
3. No additional fees on payment of any belated return (earlier Rs. 10 per day subject to a maximum of 5000/- per document)
