Any delayed form filed, after April 01, 2020, under regulation 40(B) of IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016, whether by correction, updation or otherwise, will be chargeable with a fee of five hundred rupees per Form for each calendar month of delay.
