Extension of time limit for Independent Director Registration in the IICA Databank

For the registration of existing Independent Directors in the IICA databank the due date has been extended for two months i.e. April 30, 2020 (5 months from the earlier notification) and includes that the individual who serves as Director or KMP in a Body Corporate listed on recognized Stock exchange for not less than 10 years shall not require to pass the Online proficiency test.
