Extension of due date of filing of e-form INC-22A (ACTIVE)

MCA vide its circular extended the due date for filing of e-form INC-22A (ACTIVE) without payment of fees on or before 15th June, 2019. From 16th June, 2019 onwards, fees of Rs. 10,000/- shall be applicable.
