MCA has issued a clarification on April 13, 2019 related to filing of E-form DIR-3 KYC, which provides that the said form needs to be filed on Annual basis. A modified version of form will be shortly available which can be filed without any fee within a period of 30 days from the date of deployment of form on MCA portal.
