MCA is proposing to notify and deploy a new Web Form christened ‘SPICe+’ (pronounced ‘SPICe Plus’) replacing the existing SPICe form, it offers the multiple services (viz. name reservation, incorporation, DIN allotment, mandatory issue of PAN, TAN, EPFO, ESIC, Profession Tax (Maharashtra) and Opening of Bank Account). After deployment of SPICe+ web form, RUN shall be applicable only for the change of name of existing companies.
Further, incorporation of companies for names reserved through the existing RUN service and if marked for resubmission shall continue to be filed/resubmit in the existing SPICe eform.
Resubmission option of name reservation through RUN web services shall not be available from February 01, 2020, onwards for approximately 15 days.
