Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Fourth Amendment Rules, 2018

Applicability of rules has been provided in respect of any property, stocks, shares, debentures, securities or goodwill or any other assets or net worth of a company or its liabilities under the provision of the Act.
Further, Rue 4 has been amended and a separate annexure has been provided detailing eligibility qualification and experience for registration as Valuer for a different class of assets.
