MCA has vide its notification dated August 14, 2019, notified all sections of the Companies (Amendment) Act 2019 [except Section 21 of the said Act which relates to Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 (Corporate Social Responsibility)] including: (a) Section 7 (Dematerialization of shares), (b) Section 11 (Duty to register charge), (c) Section 26 (Disqualification of Directors) etc.
