Changes in provision of Debenture Redemption Reserve

For the listed Companies making private placement of debentures, shall not be required to create the Debenture Redemption Reserve.
Also, the definition of start-up Company is adopted, as per the notification by the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, dated February 19, 2019.
