Further relaxation for disclosure of financials by proposed listed Entities

The further relaxation of 30 days has been provided to the Entities who want to list their Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs)/Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Share (NCRPS) /Commercial Papers (CPs) for disclosing their financials as on September 30, 2019 (6 months older than the date of issue) for their proposed issue on or before June 30, 2020.
