Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013 has been further amended to insert Division III in respect of Financial Statements for Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC) which are drawn in accordance with  (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015. The changes to AoC-4 Non-XBRL are under development and the revised form exclusively for such class of companies would be made available for filing purposes soon without any additional fees

Listed entities who is involved in scheme of arrangement shall file the draft scheme of arrangement along with ‘Report on the Unpaid Dues’ containing the details of unpaid dues imposed by SEBI, Stock Exchange(s) & the Depositories in the format as prescribed by SEBI to Stock exchange(s).

Consequent to the representations and certain new aspects which require further examination and clarification, the time limit for filing of e-form BEN- 2 (reporting of Significant Beneficial Owner) is extended upto 31.12.2019 without payment of any additional fees.
