SEBI has replaced the format specified in the SEBI circular dated March 29, 2019 with the circular dated July 19, 2019 regarding ‘Procedure and Format for Limited Review/ Audit Report of the Listed Entity and those entities whose accounts are to be consolidated with the Listed Entity.
