SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2015

SEBI Vide Circular dated 13^th March, 2019 amended SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2015 providing the timelines for Counter Offer Process for the promoter(s)/acquirer(s) to make “Counter offer” through public announcement in case price discovered through reverse book building is not acceptable by them.
