Extension of due date of filing of Form CRA-4 (Cost Audit Report)

MCA has extended the due date for filing Cost Audit Report for the F.Y. 2018-19 till 29th February 2020, without payment of additional fees.

The said extension is also given for the entire process starting from ‘preparation of Annexures to the Cost Audit Report’ to ‘submission of the Report by Cost Auditor to the Company & ‘filing of same by the Co. with the Central Government’
