MCA has further extended the period of filing of various forms w.r.t. name reservation and resubmission, which fall between March 15, 2020 to July 31, 2020:
1. Name expiring for new incorporation via filing of SPICE+ Part B (for companies) & FiLLiP/Form 5 (for LLP) would be extended by 20 days beyond July 31, 2020;
2. Name expiring for change of name of company via filing form INC-24 would be extended by 60 days beyond July 31, 2020;
3. SRNs where last date of resubmission falls between the aforesaid mentioned dates (for companies & LLP), additional 15 days beyond July 31, 2020 would be allowed. However, for SRNs already marked under NTBR (not to be taken on record), extension would be provided on case to case basis; and
4. SRN where last date of filing of e-Verification report under IEPF (for both Normal as well as Resubmission filing), would be allowed to file till September 30, 2020.
